ServSafe Certification

The ServSafe Food Safety Manager’s Training Program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. More than 2 million food service professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.

Workforce Solutions provides classroom training for ServSafe certification. This training is eight (8) hours in length. The ServSafe certification test is scheduled at your convenience after the training is complete. The cost for the training, exam and materials is $185.00.

Classes for ServSafe certification are offered through Workforce Solutions in the William L. Sullivan Technology Center, room 310, on the main campus of Henderson Community College.
