Reference Desk Statistics

During each day of this year, the Reference Desk Staff has recorded statistical information pertaining to questions asked by patrons.  The purpose of this data gathering has been to gain a better understanding about the type and frequency of assistance needed by patrons.  It has also been done to determine peak usage times and slow usage times that proper staff scheduling can be planned. 

The data gathered is as follows:
