Healthcare Provider Award Nomination form
The College Foundation, Henderson Community College, is hosting a special event to honor area healthcare professionals scheduled for April 12th, 2014. Healthcare Professionals make an enormous impact on the lives and vitality of the local community. Not only are many healthcare organizations among the area’s largest employers, but health care is a factor in determining quality of life for the Henderson area.
The event will include an educational component offering continuing education contact hours to participants. Mr. Mark D. Birdwhistell, VP for Administration and External Affairs, Office of the Executive Vice President for Health Affairs, UK HealthCare is the keynote speaker. Mr. Birdwhistell’s presentation will address the health care reform act followed by a panel discussion of area healthcare professionals. Area vendors will be on display offering items for sale and prizes. An awards reception will follow honoring healthcare professionals in a variety of categories. Awards for nominees include monetary prizes and tickets to attend Bob Park’s production, Park Ridge Road, scheduled for the evening of the 12th. Details for those interested in attending the educational forum and receiving contact hour credits will be released once finalized.

To access the report please go to https://henderson.compliance-assist.com/Accreditation and click on “Reaffirmation of Accreditation” located in the gray toolbar on the top left of the screen. This will bring you to the Compliance Report tab. You may click on the number for each section to review HCC’s response to that section.
