Depending on your admission status, various documents may be required to complete your admissions file. It is your responsibility to request these documents. Official documents must be mailed directly from the high school, college, or testing center. Those documents marked Student Copy are not considered official.
You will not be permitted to register for a second semester until your admissions file is complete.
High School - A student who is currently enrolled in high school.
Will need official high school or GED transcripts, official ACT or SAT scores, and/or
. Will be notified of any other documents that are needed to complete the admissions process.
Freshman - A student who has not attended a college or university after high school.
Re-admit - A student who has previously attended Henderson Community College.
Will be notified of any needed documents.
Visiting Student - A student who is currently enrolled at another non-KCTCS institution.
Required to provide a letter of good standing from the student's home college and
or documentation of course prerequisites.
Transfer Student - A student who has attended one or more colleges but not HCC.
Required to provide an official transcript from each non-KCTCS college attended. Those marked "Issued to Student" cannot be accepted.
