Box Office Hours:

Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and 2 hours before performances.

The Box Office is located just inside the lake-side entrance. Office schedule is subject to change. Please call to confirm hours of operation on performance days, holidays or during inclement weather. There is temporary parking in front of the building for the purpose of purchasing tickets.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checks and cash.

Fees:

There is a $2 service fee on each ticket. There is an additional $3 convenience fee on each ticket purchased online.

Children Rules:

All children regardless of age must have a ticket. 

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call Window one hour prior to show time. Customers must have a picture ID.

Ticketing Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a performance is cancelled. Artists are subject to change without prior notice.

Revocation:

Tickets are a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission at management discretion, upon refund of the purchase price and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation, should the holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management policies.

General Rules:

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.
