The purpose of this course is to acquaint new team members with guidelines to follow in establishing work reams. Emphasis will be on learning the critical elements of a successful team, how to build consensus within the team, problem-solving tools and techniques.

The purpose of this program is to provide guidelines for new teams to follow that will assist them in getting started in the team process and help them to avoid the barriers that typically slow down new teams.
