Statistical Process Control
This 24-hour program is directed toward those who “make it happen” on the production floor.
Participants will learn how to develop and use the statistical techniques that are used most often to control quality.
Topics covered will include:
- Frequency histograms
- Variable control charts
- Attribute control charts
- Machine and process capability
- Problem-solving tools e.g. brainstorming, cause and effect diagrams, Pareto diagrams and more.
Time will be devoted to applying principles learned to practice problems.
