Diversity in the Workplace
This program provides the tools to teach employees how to value diversity in your workplace. Employees will learn how to acknowledge differences and successfully build relationships with people of diverse backgrounds.
This program highlights the benefits of diversity and the need to support diversity programs in your organization. Participants will learn how to confront their own biases and change their paradigms to include trust, openness and effective communication.
Program Format: One 3-hour session. Exercises, video and discussion or two sessions...1 1/2 hour each.
