Kentucky Community & Technical College System has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to offer faster delivery of refunds/disbursements to students.

Higher One will help bring this new method for receiving refunds/ disbursements to KCTCS via the KCTCS Debit Card.

FACTS Payment Plan fees and KET fees are non-refundable.

Students: be sure and update your mailing address in the Admissions Office.

A special refund schedule applies to student’s receiving Title IV (Pell Grants, SEOG and Student Loans) who officially withdraw or stop attending class. For information, please contact the Financial Aid Office at (270) 831-9628.

Student Accounts
Student with SI (Service Indicators) on accounts.
Student accounts paid by Third Party.
Students who have previous semester balances.
Students who have Return to Title IV balances.
Students who have FACTS balances.
Students with write-off balances.
Student accounts turned over to a collection agency.

Vending Machine Refunds
Students who lose money in the vending machines on campus may request a refund in the Business Office (Administration Bldg, Room 111). Any malfunction of a vending machine should also be reported to the Business Office.
