Ticket Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and two hours prior to performances. The office is closed on holidays and sometimes during lunch during the summer.
Tickets may be charged by phone at (270) 831-9800 or (800) 291-3402. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. A service charge of $2.00 is added to each ticket purchased. Tickets may be mailed or picked up at the box office or "Will Call" window on show night.

- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket (no babes in arms).

The facility is all stadium seating,
with each row
elevated one row above the other.
There is no elevator and there are
three flights of
stairs to the balcony. The balcony overhangs the rear orchestra at row S.
The main floor
(front & rear orchestras) is
736 seats and the balcony is 233 seats. There are 6 wheelchair seats
in row G .
