Program Curriculum:
Information Systems Support Option/Certificate

Students entering this program will need to have basic computer skills such as would be obtained through the CIS 100 course (Introduction to Computers) or the equivalent.

The Information Systems Support Option/Certificate will provide students in-depth knowledge of software application and hardware. Employment opportunities include entry-level positions as computer technicians for maintenance support of computers.

Certificate

The Information Systems Support Certificate is designed for individuals already in the workforce who wish to receive specific training in Information Systems Support. The courses within the Certificate Program assist students to advance to positions dealing with the support, and troubleshooting of software, and hardware applications. Graduates will be qualified to take the industry-recognized Microsoft exams leading to Microsoft Office User Certification, and A+ and Net+ Certification.
