The Herron Center of Henderson Community College is now offering NAA-100 made possible by Union County Methodist Hospital. The Herron Center partnered with UCMH to get needed equipment for the NAA-100 class, formerly known as the CNA class. . Union County is very fortunate to have a full service hospital locally. Not only are its services critical to providing health needs, but it is there for the students who have dreams of becoming health care professionals.
This class is taught by Dr. Tammy Owen, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs/Director of Nursing for HCC. Plans are to offer the same class at the Herron Center again this fall. The Herron Center also offers other classes. To find out more visit- henderon.kctcs.edu or contact Shannon Clements at the Herron Center 270-831-9711.
