The financial aid office is currently processing aid for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Financial Aid Priority Deadlines for 2012-13 are as follows: Fall 2012 - July 16th, 2012 Spring 2013 – December 1st, 2012 Summer 2013 – April 1st, 2013 Students are required to submit all financial aid paperwork prior these deadlines. Failure to do so may result in being dropped from classes prior to the start of the term per the college’s drop for non-payment policy as published in the current schedule of classes.
Students should monitor their KCTCS email account for important information. All financial aid correspondence, including award notifications and missing information requests, will be sent to KCTCS email addresses. Federal regulations mandate that a student receiving financial aid under Title IV programs must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) in his/her course of study regardless of whether or not financial aid is awarded each semester.
