TEAS V.5 Assessment Schedule

The TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) V.5 Assessment is a 170 question, time limited, multiple choice, proctored assessment designed to test basic knowledge in reading, mathematics, science and English and language usage. The TEAS V.5 assessment may be taken a maximum of 4 times with a 4 week wait period between attempts. TEAS results are good for up to two years from the last testing date.

If you have taken the TEAS V.5 Assessment at another location, you must have an official copy sent to HCC through ATI.

August 2, 2016, 2 - 6 pm, STC 218
August 4, 2016, 9 am - 1 pm, STC 218
July 8, 2016, 1 - 5 pm, STC 218
July 22, 2016, 9 -1 pm, STC 218
August 18, 2016, 2-6 pm, STC 218
September 15, 4-8 pm, STC 218

 Please follow the steps below to self-register for the TEAS test.

  1. Click on the link for Sign Up Genius.
  2. At the very top of the webpage click on “Find a Sign Up”
  3. Use “Search by Email” and enter and enter the required random text before clicking on search.
  4. Select TEAS Testing.
  5. Read the testing description at the top of the page.
  6. Check the box for the day and time that you are interested in testing (note: there is a cap of 20 students per testing session) and then click on “Submit and Sign Up” at the bottom.
  7. Complete the required fields (note: you do not have to create a profile to sign up) and then click “Sign Up Now!” at the bottom

  • Calculators are not allowed.
  • Please bring a photo ID to the testing site.
  • The TEAS V.5 Assessment will be administered at HCC Sullivan Technology Center, Room 218.

Attention Repeat Test Takers:
If you are taking the TEAS Assessment for a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th attempt, you MUST contact Janet McMullin at 831-9640 or Keith Sayles at (270) 831-9789. If you do not reach them directly, leave your name, phone number and the number of the attempt you need to take (EX: John Smith, 270-888-888, I will need to take 3rd attempt of TEAS assessment).

Attention First-Time Test Takers: If you are taking the TEAS assessment for the first time, go to the ATI test site and create your sign-on ID and password. Keep this information in a safe place for test day and for future test attempts.
